Group Tours at Salters' Hall
We are happy to take bookings for group tours of Salters’ Hall.
The home of the Salters’ Company since 1976, no other Livery Hall looks quite like it. It is an excellent example of Brutalist architecture, designed by Sir Basil Spence and David Hicks. A tour of the Hall will include an opportunity to see the unique Main Hall on the 5th floor, as well as a brand new pavilion entrance and Salters’ exhibition and archive.
Tours are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays and each tour can accommodate two groups of 15 people (so 30 in total). Tours last between 60 to 75 minutes and are suitable for people with an interest in Livery Companies, history, architecture and gardens.
Please confirm in advance if you wish to have coffee, tea and biscuits, which can be paid for on arrival at £5 per person.
To book a tour or make an enquiry, please email engagement@salters.co.uk or telephone 0207 826 4068.
